Prohibited activities
You may not use the site or any product to do any of the following.
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, including spam, phishing, or messages sent without legally adequate consent
- Distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, or any harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or networks
- Test or probe the security of any system without express written authorisation
- Interfere with the operation of the site or any service, including denial-of-service attacks
- Scrape, copy, or republish content for the purpose of training models without our written permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any product except as expressly permitted by law
- Use the site or any product to defraud, harass, threaten, or harm any person
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Dina Holdings or any third party
- Bypass content filters, access controls, or rate limits
Content standards
If you submit content to any product we operate, you confirm that you have the right to do so, that the content is accurate, that it does not infringe any third-party right, and that it does not violate any law. Content that promotes hate, exploits minors, or facilitates illegal activity is prohibited.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations. We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and report activity to law enforcement when we believe it is appropriate. Severe or repeated violations result in permanent termination without refund.
