Our standards
We comply with the US CAN-SPAM Act, the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), and equivalent rules in jurisdictions where we operate. Every email we send is identifiable, accurate, and includes a working unsubscribe mechanism.
How we collect email addresses
We only send marketing email to addresses we have collected through explicit opt-in, either through our website forms, in-person events, or written request. We do not buy lists. We do not scrape addresses. We do not append addresses from third-party data brokers.
What you can expect
- Clear identification of Dina Holdings as the sender
- A subject line that accurately reflects the content of the message
- Our mailing address in every commercial message
- A visible unsubscribe link in every commercial message
- No more than one general newsletter per month, with occasional venture or product-specific updates only to subscribers who opted in for them
How to unsubscribe
Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message, or email dinaholdingsllc@gmail.com with the subject "Unsubscribe." We honour unsubscribes within 10 business days, and our target is the same business day.
Operational and transactional messages
If you are an active customer or have an open engagement, we may send operational messages related to your account, contract, or service. These are not marketing and cannot be unsubscribed from while the relationship is active. We do not bundle marketing content into operational messages.
Reporting abuse
If you believe you have received unwanted email from Dina Holdings, please email dinaholdingsllc@gmail.com with the subject "Abuse Report" and forward the message. We investigate every report and respond within 5 business days.
Sender authentication
Our outbound mail is authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Any message claiming to be from a dinaholdings.com address that fails these checks is not from us. Report suspected impersonation to dinaholdingsllc@gmail.com.
