Messaging and call consent

Effective 18 May 2026. This page describes how Dina Holdings LLC collects, stores, and honours consent for phone calls, text messages, and emails sent to you by us or by our subsidiaries.

The consent we ask for

When you submit your phone number through a Dina Holdings form, you may separately opt in to receive phone calls and text messages. The opt-in language we use is the following.

I authorize Dina Holdings LLC, its affiliates, and their service providers to contact me at the phone number provided, including by automated technology and prerecorded messages, for the purpose of responding to my inquiry and providing related communications. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. I can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP, calling our office, or emailing dinaholdingsllc@gmail.com.

How we store consent

Every consent submission is recorded as an immutable receipt containing the timestamp in UTC, the exact source URL of the form, the verbatim consent language you agreed to, a hash of the consent version, your declared channels, hashed IP context, and the user agent. We retain consent receipts for at least four years to satisfy TCPA, FCC, and underwriting requirements.

Calling windows

We call only between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM in the recipient's local time, Monday through Friday. We do not call on US federal holidays. We do not call outside these windows even if state law permits a wider window.

Identification

Every call from Dina Holdings or any subsidiary begins with the caller identifying themselves and the business by name within the first ten seconds. We register branded calling display names with major US carriers.

How to opt out

You can opt out of further calls or text messages by replying STOP to a text, by telling the agent on a call, by emailing dinaholdingsllc@gmail.com, or by writing to Dina Holdings LLC, 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, STE N, Albuquerque, NM 87110. We process opt-outs within the next call cycle and no later than ten business days, and we apply them across every venture and channel we operate.

Do-not-call registry

We scrub against the National Do Not Call Registry and the applicable state-level registries before every outbound dispatch. If you are on a registry, you will not receive marketing calls from us unless you have given separate written consent that overrides the registry for the purpose of the call.

SMS specifics

Texts are treated as calls under the TCPA. The same consent, the same opt-out, the same recordkeeping. Reply STOP to opt out, reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Recording

We may record calls for quality, training, and compliance. We notify you at the start of any recorded call. You may decline a recording at any time.

How to request your consent record

Email dinaholdingsllc@gmail.com with the subject line "Consent Record Request" and the phone number or email address used at the time of consent. We respond within 30 days and verify identity before disclosing the record.

We update this page as the law and our practices evolve. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent update.
